cf.BIM is a sub-division of CoxFreeman Architects and was set up internally to provide a set of services to clients, contractors and manufacturers that sat outside the traditional architectural services typically provided by the practice. Services and experience include;
- BIM Document Authoring in line with UK BIM Level 2 requirements on behalf of clients or principal contractors.
- Project Delivery Management on behalf of a contractor, assisting with federation of designer, sub-contractor and supplier model files. Running and issue of clash / co-ordination reports back to design team.
- Information Manager on behalf of a contractor including setting up Common Data Environments, enforcement of Project BIM Execution Plans and Protocols, validation and verification of model files.

Part-time employment with principle contractor during the final year of my degree course on a seven storey student accommodation building. General assistance for the site team with regards the following;
- Drawing and information co-ordination with the site based teams.
- Assisting the Commercial department with site take-offs and estimation.
- Assisting the Planning department with progress reporting against the construction programme.
Full time 'sandwich' year placement during degree course at a Principal Contractor for the build of a 30,000 seater stadium on a brownfield site. General assistance for the site team with regards the following;

- Assisting the Commercial department with site take-offs and estimation.
- Assisting the Planning department with progress reporting against the construction programme.
Part time work during University term time, full time work during breaks in the academic year. Tasked with updating and maintaining the sport department archive and providing material for deadlines ahead of multiple news broadcasts per day. Roles and responsibilities included;
- Researching for any potential breaking stories regarding sporting teams in the East Midlands region.
- Working with Journalists and Editors sourcing and maintaining video material for stories as they arise.
- Liaison with various regional departments of ITV throughout the UK, in order to source additional video material for broadcast as stories arise.
- Collation, editing and filing of new video material for sporting teams at regular intervals for future stories.
